Terms of service
Information, not a sportsbook.
By using DexRay you agree to the terms below. Read them alongside the methodology, which defines every metric referenced here.
§ 1
An information service, not advice
DexRay sells access to data and analysis — odds, consensus, on-chain positioning, and, for Pro and API subscribers, our own model's signals. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to place any wager, and nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not guarantee any outcome, price, or return.
Backtest numbers cited on this site are historical closing-line tests. Forward results may be negative — that possibility is written into the registration's own kill criterion, not a disclaimer added after the fact.
From Week 1, the house's record on /house is not a backtest: under amendment A3 it is a live signal ledger of real-money orders, priced at signal time and graded against the sportsbook close as the season plays out, with a separate fills ledger for what actually executed. The validation gate (n ≥ 1,500 signals, mean CLV ≥ +2%, live ROI > 0 by Week 10) is decided on that live signal ledger, not on any backtest or on the retired paper-fill simulator.
§ 2
Conflict of interest
The operator trades the same signals the site sells, and trades first. Under amendment A3, the operator's own capital acts on a signal at T0, each scheduled scoring run. From Week 1, that head start is live and running on this site: a Pro or API subscriber reads a released signal's full line at T0 + 2 hours (capped at kickoff − 6 hours), and everyone — subscriber or not — sees the full line no later than kickoff − 15 minutes, once that embargo lifts for every tier. A visitor without a Pro or API account sees a count only before kickoff − 15 minutes and the full line from kickoff − 15 minutes onward, same as a Pro or API subscriber from that point on; before it, they see nothing a Pro or API subscriber does not already have. The operator's head start over a Pro or API subscriber is the promised 2 hours, up to each row's available-at instant; the operator's head start over a free or unsubscribed visitor runs the full T0-to-kickoff−15 window.
A seeded 20% of each week's signals is withheld from every subscriber, Pro and API included, until kickoff − 15 minutes, with the model number, side, best price, and signal id stripped from what is published until then (§3). The house trades those holdout signals identically and at the same T0. For a Pro or API subscriber, the operator's head start on that 20% runs to kickoff − 15 minutes, not to 2 hours; a visitor without a Pro or API account sees those signals unlock at the same kickoff − 15 instant, alongside every other tier. The operator may hold a position in a market before, during, and after a subscriber receives the corresponding signal.
§ 3
Capacity and self-impact
The markets this site covers are thin relative to a large information advantage. Other subscribers receive the same signal at the same time and may act on it before you do. A signal's price impact does not wait for you: later entries into a crowded signal can carry zero or negative expected value even when the original signal was sound. Position sizing and timing are your decision and your risk.
This applies with force to the seeded 20% holdout described in §2: those signals are stripped for every tier alike until kickoff − 15 minutes, at which point Pro, API, and free all see the full line at once — so whatever crowding a holdout signal attracts concentrates in that single shared window rather than spreading across a release lag.
§ 4
No bets taken, nothing executed
DexRay takes no bets, executes no trades on a subscriber's behalf, and holds no customer funds or wallet keys. Any wager or trade you place is placed by you, directly with a third-party venue, under that venue's own terms — we are not a party to it.
Polymarket, one of the venues this site tracks, is not available to persons in the United States and roughly thirty other jurisdictions it geoblocks. That restriction is Polymarket's, not ours, and applies regardless of what this site shows. You are responsible for determining whether it is legal for you to use any venue referenced here, given where you live.
§ 5
Age and availability
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not available where sports betting or prediction markets are prohibited, and you are responsible for knowing which category applies to you.
§ 6
Switzerland note
DexRay is operated from Switzerland. Winnings from gambling or prediction-market venues not licensed in Switzerland are, under Swiss tax rules, taxable income for Swiss-resident players. DexRay itself is an information service, not a gaming operator, and does not offer or license any betting product. This is not legal or tax advice; consult a professional for your situation.
§ 7
Data: snapshots, not live
Odds, consensus, and on-chain figures on this site are snapshots refreshed on cadences that range from roughly 30 minutes to 12 hours depending on the dataset — not a live feed. Name-matching between data sources, settlement-rule differences between venues, and ordinary data errors are all possible. We are not liable for decisions made on stale or incorrect data; verify anything time-sensitive at its source before acting on it.
§ 8
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period already paid for. Prices may change; we will give notice before a change takes effect on your next renewal.
§ 9
API fair use
API access is licensed for the subscriber's own use. Fields derived from PFF data are themselves licensed to us and may not be redistributed, resold, or republished — through the API or otherwise — beyond your own use of them.
§ 10
The public ledger
The house's trading ledger on /house is public and permanent, including losing trades. We do not remove, edit, or hide entries after the fact.
§ 11
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Responsible gambling
Sports and prediction markets involve real financial risk, including the risk of losing everything staked; past closing-line results, ours included, do not guarantee future ones. If gambling stops being fun, or you're chasing losses, help is available: sos-spielsucht.ch (Switzerland, 0800 040 080) or, internationally, gamblingtherapy.org.
